Crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the rolling vineyards of Aÿ and surrounding villages, this Blanc de Noirs embodies the richness and elegance of the Montagne de Reims. In the glass, it shimmers with golden hues and a fine, persistent mousse. The nose offers generous aromas of ripe orchard fruits, mirabelle plum, and subtle brioche, layered with delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet precise, with a creamy texture, vibrant acidity, and a long, mineral finish. Perfect as an aperitif for lovers of characterful Champagnes, and equally suited to pairing with poultry, charcuterie, or aged cheeses.
