Champagne Duodecim Extra Brut

The Duodecim cuvée (Latin for "twelve") is the liquid flagship of Domaine Douge from Neuville-sur-Seine. It brings together the finest grapes from exactly twelve selected parcels of the estate. Although not explicitly declared as a Millésime, this edition is crafted entirely from the 2016 harvest. It perfectly encapsulates the identity of the Domaine: precise craftsmanship, terroir transparency, and gastronomic ambition.
