This wine represents the work and passion of our winegrowers captured in more than 100 microplots grown in granite soils next to Arousa’s estuary.

    Vinification: Destemming and cold maceration from 6 to 8 hours. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks (15-17º C). Rest on its fine lees without battonage.

    Aging: Bottled 4 to 5 months after fermentation.

    Contains Sulphites.

Bodegas GRANBAZÁN, was founded in 1981, and is located in the Salnés Valley, in the heart of the Rías Baixas (Galicia).

The GRANBAZÁN Winery was founded in Galicia over 37 years ago in the hands of an ambitious wine project whose aim was to achieve wines capable of imprinting the privileged climatic conditions from the Salnés Valley.

At that time, GRANBAZÁN starred in the most important agroindustrial revolution in the history of Galicia. It is currently a reference in R + D + I in the field of viticulture and oenology.
