Terroir: Old vines planted in the highest part of the Tremoedo estate. Very porous sandy granitic soils lead to a small canopy and low fruit yield. The size of the grape is noticeably smaller than average and the natural control of the vigour of the plants let the clusters be exposed to the limited sunrays of galician summer season.

Vinification:  Destemmed and cold maceration for 10 to 12 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tank.

Aging: The wine from this selection is kept on its lees for a minimum of 2 years before being bottled.
