Eichhorn is a masterful expression of Pinot Blanc grown on Manincor’s best vineyard sites above Kaltern, where limestone-rich soils and mountain breezes create a precise, mineral-driven white. On the nose, expect white peach, lime blossom, alpine herbs, and wet stone. The palate is tightly structured yet expansive, with delicate creaminess, pure orchard fruit, and a long saline finish.

Manincor

Alto Adige, Italy

Nestled near the shores of Lake Caldaro in Alto Adige, Manincor is a historic family estate that exemplifies the harmony between tradition, nature, and innovation. Established in 1608 and still family-owned today, the winery is led by Count Michael Goëss-Enzenberg, who has transformed Manincor into one of Italy’s most progressive and quality-driven producers.

Every vineyard is cultivated according to biodynamic principles, emphasizing soil vitality, biodiversity, and cosmic rhythms to create wines that are pure expressions of their alpine terroir. The estate’s underground gravity-flow winery—hidden beneath the vineyards—reflects their commitment to sustainability and minimal intervention.
