Thanks to the sunny late summer days in 2023, the grapes were able to ripen on the vine to the perfect depth of aroma. The captivating scent combines aromas of ripe yellow fruits, berries, Mediterranean herbs and delicate spicy notes. The complex palate is also characterized by fruit and spice and delights with a full-bodied body, fine acidity and harmonious drinking pleasure.

    Terroir: In the wine-growing town of Gamlitz, the vines grow between 350 and 500 meters above sea level in warm, sheltered vineyards with sandy and gravel soils. This promotes grape ripening and ensures a large difference between day and night temperatures.

    Vinification: 18 hours maceration, spontaneous fermentation in 75% steel tanks & 25% used oak barrels

    Aging: 8 months on lees
