    Vinification: Crémant d'Alsace Rosé is vinified from Pinot Noir. After the traditional spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, the 2nd fermentation takes place in bottles, according to the traditional method. A slow period of aging on lees gives the Crémant extremely fine aromas.
